Q: Is the cabin suitable for year-round living?

Yes, the cabin is designed for use in all seasons. Year-round comfort depends on the chosen heating system and the infrastructure available on your site.

Q: How long does it take to manufacture the cabin?

All our cabins are prefabricated, meaning all components are produced in advance and ready for delivery.

Q: Is the cabin delivered ready to use?

The SIP cabin is delivered in components and assembled on-site on pre-prepared foundations.Before delivery, site preparation work must be completed — or, by agreement, this can be handled by our team.

Q: What is the difference between the Basic and Full configurations?

The Basic configuration includes the structural frame, exterior finish, roof, windows, flashing, and terrace installation, as well as fully finished interior walls and ceilings, and installed internal partitions. It does not include utilities (electrical, water, drainage), kitchen or bathroom installation, furniture, lighting fixtures, switches, internal doors, flooring, skirting boards, heating systems, or foundation works. The Full configuration includes everything in the Basic configuration, plus internal utilities installation and prepared connections for external electricity, water, and drainage (additional works required for winterisation are not included). It also includes internal partition installation with integrated utilities, indoor and outdoor lighting, internal doors, vinyl flooring with skirting boards, and a fitted kitchen with appliances (mini fridge, extractor hood, hob). The bathroom is fully equipped with a vanity unit and sink, LED lighting, mirror, shower cabin with mixer, floor-mounted toilet, and an electric water heater. The Full configuration PLUS+ additionally includes a compact heat recovery ventilation unit (HRV), an air-to-air heat pump, foundation installation*, as well as delivery and on-site assembly**. * Includes screw pile installation and a timber foundation frame. Foundation costs may vary depending on soil conditions, slope, and site specifics.** Delivery and assembly within Lithuania. The client is responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access to the site.

Q: Can the finishes or configuration be changed?

The interior and exterior finishes are applied during the manufacturing stage, so they cannot be changed afterwards. Q: Can the cabin be used for rental purposes?

Yes, the cabin can be used for rental. For permits, regulations, and taxes, we recommend consulting the relevant local authorities.

Q: Can multiple cabins be connected together?

Q: What is not included in the price?

Basic and Full configurationsDelivery, on-site assembly, and foundation installation are not included in the Basic and Full configurations.
